While it is theoretically possible for a planet to collide with Earth, the likelihood of such an event is extremely low. The vast distances between planets in our solar system make the chances of a direct collision very slim. Additionally, the gravitational forces between planets help to keep their orbits stable and prevent them from intersecting. Overall, the probability of a planet colliding with Earth is considered to be highly improbable. **
